Replaced the master cylinder and brake lines between the master cylinder and proportional valve. Notice I'm getting a little better with the tube bender:
Replaced the front brake lines and union, luckily the replacement brake lines where pre-bent:
Took apart the locking hubs, resurfaced the rotors using my trusty sander then repacked the bearings with fresh grease and reassembled the locking hubs, replaced calipers with remanufactured ones, and put a new set of shoes on it:

The drivers side locking hub actuating switch had low spots that made it difficult to lock/unlock. I used a little JB Weld to fix the low spots:
Replaced the rear brake lines with shiny new ones, see pictures below. I know, not the neatest job in bending the brakes lines but I'm a weekend mechanic and haven't did anything this major in years.
